Telephone ServicesThe Meridian software will inform the receptionist if you want your calls forwarded to your cell phone, your pager, your AustinSuites voice mail, your home phone, or any other number you give us. It even allows you to leave conditional responses, for example, "If Mr. Smith calls tell him Jeff will be running 30 minutes late. If Mr. Gingrich or Mr. Clinton calls, tell him the check is in the mail." When a call reaches your voicemail, the message your caller hears can be as detailed as you like, and you can change your message as many times as you wish. For example, if you are going to be in meetings until noon, your message can reflect that and inform your callers you will return calls in the afternoon. You can also access your messages remotely using any telephone. And since our system can notify you by pager anywhere in the continental U.S. when you receive a voicemail message, you can respond within minutes to each phone call you receive.
