Conference Room Rental
We have two fully furnished conference rooms available for rent for by local or out of town executives. The two conference rooms and guest rental offices may be used by our office tenants for six hours each month at no extra charge and just $15 per hour after your first 6 hours.
Our large boardroom seats ten and is beautifully furnished with a large rectangular table, projector screen, and high-back black leather swivel chairs. It features a whiteboard, pin pad, flat-panel television, telephone, ethernet, wi-fi, and a thirteen-foot-long serving board for snacks or full buffet meals.
Our small conference room seats 6 and features an oval mahogany conference table, television, telephone, ethernet and wi-fi connections.
Our receptionist will greet your guests and announce their arrival when leasing any of our conference rooms.
