Our fully furnished day offices, including speaker telephones and ethernet connections are available for rent to business executives needing temporary or permanent offices.
The guest offices and two conference rooms may be used by our office tenants for six hours each month at no extra charge and just $15 per hour after your first 6 hours. If you just need to make use of our guest office only, please call to obtain pricing as it depends on how often you are needing to schedule your meetings.
When renting or using our guest offices a receptionist will greet your guests and announce their arrival from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
Our break rooms and kitchens are available for you and your guests to make use of the refrigerators, microwaves and televisions.
